1. -2Tbls olive oil -1 onion diced -2 ribs celery diced -2 carrots diced -2 cloves garlic diced -1/2 red pepper diced -1/2 green pepper diced -1/2 cup water+1 Tbsp flour mixed -2 tbsp worcestershire sauce - 3 tbsp tomato paste -1 19 oz can of black beans -1 19 oz can of lentils(both rinsed) -1 1/2 salt -5 medium potatoes -1/4 Cup rice milk, 2 tbs margarine -2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast Saute onions in olive oil, 5 minutes, add the next 10 ingredients, simmer. Salt and pepper to taste. peel, dice and boil potatoes till soft. mash with rice milk, margarine and nutritional yeast. Put the lentil, vegetable mix in a casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes and warm in oven at 300 for 1/2 hour.
